Once you choose your fast travel pack in your inventory, you will be able to pick a settlement or campfire on the map. As you can guess, you can only fast travel to areas that you have previously visited. Thus, make sure that you don’t skip these areas.
Another good news about fast traveling in Horizon Forbidden West is you can create these Fast Travel Packs on your own. All you need is 3 wild meat and 10 ridge wood.
