Starfield Voice Actors and Cast

Bethesda‘s latest video game, Starfield, is an exciting RPG with a lot to offer. The game has a story that can go in different directions, and there are many different planets to explore as well as many characters to meet. You’ll meet many interesting characters, some of whom are voiced by famous actors you may recognize from movies and TV shows. Others are new to the world of video games, but they’re just as memorable.

The cast of Starfield voice actors is surprisingly extensive, with big-name stars like Claudia Christian (Susan Ivanova in Babylon Five) and Armin Shimmerman (Quark in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) appearing. You’ll also recognize plenty of faces from TV and gaming, such as Craig Sechler (The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion’s Adoring Fan) and Dana Gourrier (Rose in Detroit: Become Human). Here are the all Starfield voice actors:

Lin: Sumalee Montano

Lin, the commanding officer at Argos Extractors and one of the first NPCs you’ll encounter as you start your journey, is voiced by Sumalee Montano, who has previously appeared in Destiny 2 and Dead Space. 

Heller: Damien Haas

Heller, another miner you’ll meet early on, is voiced by Damien Haas, who also has a few other gaming credits under his belt with roles like Shez in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes and Julio in Triangle Strategy.

Damien Haas has been voicing voices in video games since 2017. He is a familiar face to fans of video games thanks to his work on The Callisto Protocol and Dead Space.

Barrett: Barry Wiggins

Barry Wiggins plays Barrett, who gives you the Frontier early on and is an important companion throughout the game. 

Barry Wiggins voiced a variety of small roles in the recent Mafia 3, but his role as Barrett is central to Starfield. He’s also done work for Fallout 3, Skyrim, and countless other video games. 

Vasco: Jake Green

Jake Green voices Vasco, who follows you around the game’s world and acts as a key companion. Jake Green has previously voiced a character in a Bethesda game, Redfall. He is known for his work on TV series and games like Marvel’s Miles Morales and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. 

Sarah Morgan: Emily O’Brien

As Starfield sends you off to explore endless star systems across the galaxy, you’ll encounter a diverse group of NPCs that will help you on your journey. Constellation is one of the most prominent groups, a group of avid space explorers who work together to figure out some of the universe’s greatest mysteries. 

Constellation is led by Sarah Morgan, the head of Constellation and a former soldier and adventurer who’s now tasked with finding a mysterious artifact. 

Emily O’Brien, who has an extensive track record in video game voice acting, including roles like Verdandi in God of War: Ragnarok and Amelie in Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding, voices Sarah Morgan in Starfield.

Cora Coe: Aly Ward Azevedo

Cora Coe is the daughter of Sam Coe, and she’s voiced by Aly Ward Azevedo. She’s a relative newcomer to video game acting, though she has appeared in shows like F Is for Family and Your Worst Nightmare. 

Sam Coe: Elias Toufexis

One of the big names in the Starfield cast is Elias Toufexis, who plays Sam Coe, a space cowboy. Elias is best known for voicing Adam Jensen in the Deux Ex games and is also known for his work on TV shows like The Expanse and films like Mafia 3 and Hot in Cleveland.

Besides, Elias worked on some other big video game projects like Gotham Knights (Oswald Cobbleport – The Penguin), Saints Row, As Dusk Falls (Vince), Back 4 Blood, etc…

Andreja: Cissy Jones

BAFTA-winning actress for her role as Delilah in Firewatch, Cissy Jones, is one of the most recognizable names among Starfield voice actors and voices Andreja, a core companion in Constellation and a potential love interest for players who play their cards right. 

With her incredible vocal talent, she has brought to life numerous characters across various mediums. Her voice has been heard in video games such as The Walking Dead, where she portrayed three different characters – Katjaa, Jolene, and Brie. Recently, she added to her impressive resume by voicing The Absolute in Baldur’s Gate 3.

Noel: Dana Gourrier

Among the other members of Constellation is Noel, a talented scientist and Constellation explorer. She is voiced by Dana Gourrier, who has starred in numerous popular media projects, including the first season of True Detective and Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight and Django Unchained. 

She’s also a veteran of narrative-driven video games, having voiced Joyce Price in Life is Strange and Henry’s fire lookout supervisor, Delilah, in Firewatch.

Walter Stroud: Armin Shimerman

Another notable voice actor in Starfield is Armin Shimerman. He has hundreds of video game acting credits under his belt, with roles in Ratchet and Clank as Dr. Nefarious, Mass Effect, Dreamlight Valley, and more. Besides his video game works, he’s best known for his role as Quark in the Star Trek series.

Armin Shimerman is the voice of Walter Stroud, the wealthy financier behind Constellation’s exploration efforts. 

Vladimir Sall: Bumper Robinson

You may have heard Vlad’s distinctive voice in a variety of TV cartoons. Bumper Robinson, as he’s known, has lent his talents to popular shows like American Dad!, Curious George, and Ultimate Spider-Man. But his impressive range extends to video games as well, with past projects for Bethesda including Redfall, Fallout 76, and Fallout 4. 

Bumper has also lent his voice to other notable titles such as Doom (2016), Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Need for Speed: Heat, Final Fantasy VII (2020), and Saints Row.

Adoring Fan: Craig Sechler

Craig Sechler voices the Adoring Fan, a hero-worshipping NPC who follows you around if you choose that trait. He’s also a frequent voice actor for other Bethesda games, including The Elder Scrolls Oblivion and Fallout 3.

Matteo Khatri: Carlos Valdes

Carlos Valdes is also new to video games, but you might recognize him from his TV work. He’s a regular on the CW’s The Flash as Cisco Ramon and has previously voiced in animations and several other video games. In Starfield, he plays Matteo Khatri, the Constellation’s theologian.

Captain Petrov – Stephen Russell

You were correct if you were among the numerous fans who speculated that Stephen Russell was the voice behind the face in the pre-release gameplay footage. Fans had guessed that Russell was the one behind Captain Petrov’s voice, and it was later confirmed. 

Russell has been a prominent voice actor for Bethesda for years, breathing life into iconic characters from both Fallout and Skyrim.

Keeper Aquilus: Keir Dullea

Keir Dullea, who starred as astronaut David Bowman in Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey, voices Keeper Aquilus.
