Kerbal Space Program 2 is a space flight simulation game where you build and launch your own rockets. It’s a sandbox title, meaning you can build any ship without worrying about funding restrictions or unlocked parts. Developed by Intercept Games, Kerbal Space Program 2 was expected to be released in 2022, but due to some reasons, the release date was delayed to 2023. And the day has finally come; KSP2 is now available as an Early-Access title on Steam and Epic Games.
As with the original, you’ll build a fleet of rockets and aeroplanes and send them off to explore the stars, but the game is much more accessible and fun this time around. There are new animated tutorials, improved UI, and an entirely revamped assembly and flight interface that makes it easy to pick up the basics of spaceflight while still challenging you to put your own spin on things.

Extended Gameplay in All Areas
In Kerbal Space Program 2, next-gen tech, colonies, and systematic resource gathering all lead to a new level of exploration. These technologies pave the way to new star systems and celestial bodies, each with new challenges and harboring new secret treasures. These include Charr, a heat-blasted world of iron; Ovin, a ringed super-Earth with relentless gravity; Rask and Rusk, a binary pair locked in a dance of death; and many more to reward your efforts.
Kerbal Space Program 2 is a big update to the original, featuring a raft of new parts, graphics, revamped UI and Map View, and rich new environments to explore. The game’s overall concept remains unchanged: build, test, and problem-solve to make your way through the void. But now, you can travel even farther into the universe.
In addition to launching and defending rockets, players can construct colonies on other planets. These will require resource gathering and unique fuel types, eventually enabling colony-powered vehicles and propelling you into deep space exploration.
On top of this, you can build orbital drydocks that allow you to construct massive starships free from the restrictions of Kerbin’s gravity. This will be a key step in building interstellar craft and letting you leave the Kerbolar system for distant stars.
